8. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Video Content: Retained while your account is active. Deleted videos are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes.
- Billing Records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. International Data Transfers
